Momma's Pizza Crust

1 Tbsp Yeast

1 Cup warm water

1 tsp honey


2 1/2 Cups Sprouted Flour

2 Tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp Himalayan salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp basil

1/2 tsp oregano


Combine yeast, water and honey. Allow to sit about 10 minutes, until bubbly.


Combine 2 Cups flour, coconut oil, salt and spices in a big bowl. Add yeast mixture. Add remaining 1/2 Cup of flour.


Press onto favorite pizza stone or baking dish.


Bake at 450 °F for 10 minutes. Add cheese and favorite toppings and bake for final 5 minutes.
