Our immune system is a complex network of cells, tissues, and organs that helps the body fight infections and other diseases. It is our military which protects us from microbial invaders and manages inflammation on the home front. The primary components of the immune system include the tonsils, adenoids, lymph nodes, thymus, spleen, peyer’s patches, appendix, and bone marrow.
A few weeks ago I shared with you a strategy to strengthen your immune system.
