Although there was so much unexpected, I had a positive experience and a beautiful natural birth. Everyone’s pregnancy, labor, and birth can be completely different from each other….and different than we plan. However, I do believe there are things we mamas can do to prepare for a natural birth and maximize our experience. The next few weeks I am going to break down my top 3 tips for a natural birth!
