Thriving Recipe: Digestive Tea



This nourishing tea is phenomenal before a large holiday meal due to it's bitter properties. Bitter foods stimulate digestion by encouraging the release of enzymes. This means your food is digested better and you feel lighter!

1 Tbsp Chamomile leaves OR Dandelion Root

2-3 pieces of Ginger (sliced)



DIRECTIONS.

Combine ingredients in tea ball, French press, or tea pot. Cover with boiling water. Allow tea to steep for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy the benefits of the bitter flavor!
